After graduating from the University of Illinois in 1979 with a B.S. in Accountancy and passing the C.P.A. exam I went to work for Price Waterhouse St. Louis.  I worked at PW for eight years and since then I have worked in private industry in various financial and operating capacities.  Currently I am the Chief Financial Officer for Alter Trading Corporation, one of the nation's largest metal recycling companies.  I have been married for three years.  I have no children but own  nine beautiful horses. My wife and I opened what many consider to be the finest equestrian facility in the St. Louis area  in October 1999.  It keeps us extremely busy but we love it!  I invite all of you to visit our website at
