My wife, Terry (Williams) Batson (also a Cahokia alumni from the class of '72) and I have two sons, Andy & Tim. Tim just graduated from Evergreen State University in Olympia, WA and Andy is starting his third year in college.

I'm a self-employed commercial real estate appraiser & singer/songwriter living in Nashville, TN. I graduated from Saint Louis University with a BSBA in 1989 & got my MRECM (Master of Real Estate and Construction Management) from the University of Denver in 1990. I spent the next few years working in the appraisal business in the St. Louis area and eventually got back into playing music (which I had done previously). I finally decided to move to Nashville in 1997 to continue pursuit of a career as a singer/songwriter/entertainer...and here I am!

I am going back to school again and this time it is for fun. I am currently enrolled to become a Scuba Diving Instructor. After losing a long held job to attrition, I decided that since the kids(4) were grown and gone it was time for my spouse and I to have a little adventure. Just received an email today from a post in Cozumel and they will have an opening for me by 
June or July. Also one in the Bahamas and one in Honduras. Looking forward to seeing everyone this summer for our 35 class reunion. Man where has the time gone.
